Scale training without scaling your admin team.
Demand grows, and administration usually grows with it. Qaliber builds the learning profiles, schedules the sessions and delivers the reports, then collects whatever still needs a decision into a single queue.
Every new site, product line and hiring wave adds administrative load in proportion to the company. It is the quiet reason platforms get abandoned.
What you get elsewhere, and what you get here.
- More administrators, more tickets, and a settings screen that needs its own training.
- Scheduling and coordination done by hand, in email, around calendars.
- Approvals and grading spread across five screens, each with its own queue.
- A report you request on Monday and receive on Thursday.
- Learners answer their own questions — what is due, when they recertify, what to bring and where to be — so the request never reaches an administrator at all.
- Training profiles built automatically. Sessions scheduled and coordinated automatically. Reports delivered rather than requested.
- Everything that genuinely needs a person lands in one Action Center — approve this document, verify that requirement, review this submission — instead of five queues nobody checks. Anything left too long escalates to someone who will act on it.
- And when you do not know how, you ask. Because Qaliber is built on AI, asking and doing are the same action.
- Standing in an airport when a class needs canceling? Ask on your phone and it is done, with the plan shown before it runs.
- Register the new sales representatives, or pull last month's completions, in a sentence.
See it working.
- Cancel CPR Recertification · Thursday, March 14, 09:00, Room B-2.
- Notify 14 registered employees by their preferred channel — 9 by email, 5 by text.
- Release the room booking and the instructor’s calendar hold.
- Rebook the next available slot with the same instructor: Thursday, March 21, 09:00.
- Flag 3 employees whose compliance date falls before March 21, and open remediation.
Automation, from role to record.
Here is the mechanism itself — the path every piece of training follows without an administrator pushing it.
Assign a learning profile to a job title, and every person who holds it gets a learning plan built automatically. A new hire, a change of role, a new location — all handled the same way, with nothing re-entered.
When training is assigned and the content to satisfy it does not exist yet, that is the gap — a live view of what needs to be built, in front of administrators at all times. Nothing sits unfilled quietly, and with the AI builder a missing course is a draft in minutes rather than a project.
Every item lands on the Training Schedule with its window — counted from each person’s own hire date or from the calendar, in the order you set, at a pace the work allows.
Where training needs a class, in a room or a virtual one, sessions are created to meet the demand on the schedule and booked against the instructor’s availability.
With auto-enrollment on, enrollments are created from the schedule at the right moment — courses, sessions, sign-offs — with no coordinator involved. Prefer a person in the loop? The schedule waits for your administrator or the learner instead.
The training appears on each person’s own home screen as it comes due, and they are notified the way they prefer to be reached.
Anything the system cannot schedule goes on hold in plain view rather than disappearing. Completed training moves to the one verified transcript, and falling out of compliance opens remediation on its own.
